The equipment is delivered the day before from 6:30 pm onwards, ideal for early departures to the mountains.

Rental conditions
Equipment rental is per day, with usage hours between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. You can pick it up the day before, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., at no additional cost.
An identity document will be required as a guarantee at the time of withdrawal.
In case of damage, loss or breakage of the equipment , we reserve the right to assess and apply additional charges as appropriate.

To ensure a safe and rewarding experience in the high mountains, the use of strap-on crampons requires a minimum level of physical fitness and appropriate footwear size for the equipment's technical fit. Therefore, our age policy is as follows:
Minimum age allowed is 14 years old.
Those under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult during the activity.
It is essential that the child has the necessary skills to follow the technical safety instructions.
