Booking and Refund Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. By making the payment , the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

2. Customer Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be reported in writing (WhatsApp or email).

Refund conditions:

• Cancellation with more than 72 hours' notice:

  • 85% refund of the amount paid

  • The 15% withheld corresponds to administrative expenses and payment fees

• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the activity:

  • 50% refund of the amount paid

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:

  • No refund

• No Show:

  • No refund

3. Policy in Case of Weather Conditions

Activities are subject to weather and ski resort operating conditions.

In case of total station closure:

• If the ski resort is completely closed on the reserved day:

  • 85% refund of the amount paid

  • The 15% withheld corresponds to administrative expenses.

4. Date Change

In case of adverse weather conditions or at the customer's request:

• The client can reschedule their activity depending on availability.

• If the new day has a different rate:

  • If the price is lower: the difference is refunded

  • If the price is higher: the customer will have to pay the difference

5. Change to Another Activity

The customer may choose to change their booking for another activity offered by Aguaventura.

Conditions:

• If the new activity has a lower value: the difference is refunded

• If it has a higher value: the customer will have to pay the difference.

6. Refund Period

• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.

• The time may vary depending on the payment method used.

7. Legal Framework

This policy is governed by current regulations in Chile, in accordance with Law No. 19.496 on the protection of consumer rights and the provisions of SERNAC.

8. Acceptance of the Conditions

By signing this document or making the payment, the client declares:

• Having read and understood these conditions

• Accept the cancellation and refund policy

• Accept the terms and conditions of the activity
