Se considerará No Show la no presentación del cliente o su llegada con un retraso superior a 30 minutos respecto a la hora de encuentro indicada, sin previo aviso a la empresa.
En caso de No Show, se aplicará una penalización correspondiente al 100% del valor de la reserva, por lo que no se efectuarán reembolsos.
Los cupos para nuestras actividades son limitados, y la inasistencia impide que otros pasajeros puedan ocupar ese lugar, por lo que los costos operativos y logísticos se mantienen en su totalidad.
Cualquier solicitud de modificación o cancelación debe realizarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación para evitar ser considerada como No Show.
En situaciones de fuerza mayor debidamente justificadas, la empresa podrá evaluar una posible reprogramación según disponibilidad, sin garantía de reembolso.
