No Show

No-Show Policy – Activities

To ensure the proper operation and quality of our services, the following conditions apply in case of absence:

  • No Show will be considered if the client does not appear or arrives more than 30 minutes late from the indicated meeting time, without prior notice to the company.

  • In case of No Show, a penalty corresponding to 100% of the value of the reservation will be applied, so no refunds will be made.

  • Spaces for our activities are limited, and absence prevents other passengers from taking that place, so operational and logistical costs remain in full.

  • Any request for modification or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being considered a No Show .

  • In duly justified situations of force majeure, the company may evaluate a possible rescheduling according to availability, without a guarantee of refund.

  • It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point or to inform us promptly in case of delay, in order to allow for the correct organization of the activity.
