To ensure you enjoy your flight over the landscapes of Licanray with complete clarity, we detail the aspects that are not part of the standard package and the extra options to enhance your experience:

What the activity does not include:

• Technical or personal footwear (it is essential that you wear sports shoes or trekking boots for a safe takeoff and landing).

• Food services, snacks or hydration during the day.

• Additional transfers not specified in the main itinerary.

Additional services available:

• Professional audiovisual report, including high-definition photos and videos captured during your flight.

• Sports shoes or trekking shoes that are closed and fit the foot well are essential for a safe takeoff and landing (please avoid sandals or shoes with heels).

• Comfortable or sporty clothing that allows you to move with complete freedom during the activity.

• A windproof jacket or light coat is recommended , as the temperature usually drops while we enjoy the flight over the Licanray landscape.

• Long pants for greater comfort and protection when using the safety harness.

• Sunglasses to protect your eyes from the wind and enjoy the panoramic views without distractions.

• Sunscreen to protect your skin, since radiation is more direct while we are soaring through the skies.

• Weight allowance: The passenger must weigh between 40 and 110 kg to ensure flight safety.

• Health restrictions: Pregnant women and those with heart conditions or recent bone injuries cannot participate in this activity.

• Flight mode: Each flight is individual in tandem mode, allowing only one passenger per certified instructor.

• Duration of the experience: The total estimated time is 1 hour, with an effective time in the air ranging from 7 to 20 minutes depending on wind conditions.

• Recommended clothing: The use of closed and firm footwear (sneakers or trekking boots) is mandatory and it is suggested to use comfortable clothing with a windproof layer.

• Weather safety: The activity is strictly subject to favorable weather conditions; the instructor has the authority to suspend the flight if the wind is not optimal.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a 50% refund of the activity price.

• These conditions allow for proper logistical planning and the correct management of available slots.

No-Show Policy – Activities

To ensure the proper operation and quality of our services, the following conditions apply in case of absence:

• No Show will be considered if the client does not appear or arrives more than 30 minutes late from the indicated meeting time, without prior notice to the company.

• In case of No Show, a penalty corresponding to 100% of the value of the reservation will be applied, so no refunds will be made.

• Spaces for our activities are limited, and absence prevents other passengers from taking that place, so operational and logistical costs remain in full.

• Any request for modification or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being considered a No Show .

• In duly justified situations of force majeure, the company may evaluate a possible rescheduling according to availability, without a guarantee of refund.

• It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point or to inform us promptly in case of delay, in order to allow for the correct organization of the activity.

By confirming their booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these conditions.

Politics for Children

• There is no upper age limit . Minors under 18 are subject to instructor evaluation and must have a form signed by a guardian.
