To fully enjoy your first ski touring or splitboarding experience, it's essential to have the right equipment to ensure your safety and comfort on the mountain. Here's a list of what you should pack in your backpack:

• Complete sun protection including sunglasses with UV filter or goggles and high concentration sunscreen to protect your skin and eyes from the intense glare of the snow.

• Energy-rich food consisting of trail rations such as nuts, chocolate or fruit, plus a sandwich to replenish energy during breaks.

• Constant hydration by carrying a minimum of 1.5 liters of water per person, thus ensuring optimal performance throughout the day of ascent and descent.

• Layered technical clothing including ski socks, breathable thermal base layer, fleece jacket, snow pants and a waterproof jacket to protect you from the weather.

• A minimum group of 4 participants is required to confirm the outing.

• It is essential to have an intermediate or advanced level of skiing or snowboarding on the slopes before starting this activity.

• The activity is strictly subject to weather conditions and the stability of the snowpack.

• It is necessary to coordinate logistics, equipment and terrain conditions beforehand via WhatsApp .

• The operating season is usually limited to the winter and spring months.

• You should have layered technical clothing , sun protection, and UV-filtering sunglasses.

• Participation is not permitted for people with chronic injuries or serious cardiorespiratory problems.

• It is recommended to bring sufficient hydration and energy food for the effort of the ascent.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a 50% refund of the activity price.

• These conditions allow for proper logistical planning and the correct management of available slots.

No-Show Policy – Activities

To ensure the proper operation and quality of our services, the following conditions apply in case of absence:

• No Show will be considered if the client does not appear or arrives more than 30 minutes late from the indicated meeting time, without prior notice to the company.

• In case of No Show, a penalty corresponding to 100% of the value of the reservation will be applied, so no refunds will be made.

• Spaces for our activities are limited, and absence prevents other passengers from taking that place, so operational and logistical costs remain in full.

• Any request for modification or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being considered a No Show .

• In duly justified situations of force majeure, the company may evaluate a possible rescheduling according to availability, without a guarantee of refund.

• It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point or to inform us promptly in case of delay, in order to allow for the correct organization of the activity.

Your Ski Touring or Splitboarding experience begins and ends at our base of operations, the ideal meeting point to get equipped and ready before conquering the mountain.

• Meeting point: We look forward to seeing you at our Aguaventura office, strategically located at Palguín 336.

• Pre-preparation: At this point we will adjust the equipment and have a brief technical talk before heading out to the snow.

• Comfortable return: At the end of the day, we will return to the same starting point in the city center so you can relax after the adventure.
